I think these three categories make sense. The third kind seems the most interesting to me. Not necessarily because they are the best kind (I'm a sucker for the second type), but because seeing which ones get absorbed into mainstream continuity is intriguing to me.

Love this. I think point 3 is dead on and is how the best character changes happen in the dcu continuity.

Thanks for your insights, Tom.

I can't help but wonder, by the time HUMAN TARGET is through, whether this will be an "in-story" explanation for how Guy Gardner stopped being the @$$#*!& that he was in Steve Englehart's GREEN LANTERN CORPS and the Giffen/DeMatteis JL/JLI run and started being more of the tough-but-fair leader that he was in later GREEN LANTERN titles.

And since you mentioned the wonderful SHERIFF OF BABYLON series, Tom, I have to ask: What are the chances of the sequel series ever seeing the light of day (as Black Label or otherwise)?

Thanks for your time!

. More scripts please. And what ever happend to that podcast did it just die? But more scripts Tom, I would love scripts from all your series not just issue ones but mid issues. I want to here your thoughts on passing a story. I really want to sit down and reflect on the direction. The batscrip was almost done in Marvel formats you put so much trust in your artist. But like Davied Finch and Clayman, but I would love to see more I have the directors cut to Vision and to Adam Stange, as well as Mr. Is miracle. But I would love some more scripts to build up my strenghts.
