The other hero of this page is the letterer. I love that the first "KITE MAN!" is in boldface with an exclamation point, like he's randomly shouting it. (Sorta like how Evan Dorkin would have Milk and Cheese shout out absurd things like "Merv Griffin!") But in the last panel, it's nonbold, punctuated with periods, like he's saying it under his breath.
